Who we are

We are a technology company
solving for money.

Zoffer is an AI-native financial operating system for India's 63 million MSMEs — accounting today, intelligence tomorrow, credit next.

DPIIT-recognised NSUT-incubated Incorporated Nov 2025 New Delhi, India

The problem

63M MSMEs drive 30% of India's GDP. None of them have a CFO.

01

Manual accounting

Owners spend 10+ hours a week entering bills manually. They still don't know if they made money this month.

02

Decisions on gut

Tally is for accountants. Zoho Books has 50+ screens. Excel doesn't talk back. So owners run on gut — burn unknown, cash cycle unknown, margin unknown.

03

Invisible to credit

₹30 lakh crore in MSME credit goes unmet — not because businesses can't repay, but because there's no financial trail to assess them.

Each gap creates the next: manual accounting starves intelligence, no intelligence starves credit access — and no one is solving the full chain.

What we're building

One ecosystem. Three verticals. Fully connected.

01 Live today

AI Accounting

Where your money has gone.

WhatsApp-native bill capture, extracted by AI and auto-logged to your books after you approve. Plus natural-language Q&A over your own numbers.

Forward the bill. We handle the rest. ₹999 / month
02 In development

Finance Intelligence

Where it should go.

An AI advisor grounded in GST law, ITR rules and Indian tax code, reading your live books — filing deadlines, deduction opportunities, compliance risk, cash-flow forecasts.

An AI CFO in every owner's pocket, scaling to continuous MIS and agentic workflows for larger businesses. ₹3,000 – ₹12,000 / month
03 On the roadmap

Loan Aggregation

Where to bring more from.

Clean, structured books make an MSME legible to a lender. Zoffer becomes the pre-qualification layer into India's ₹30 lakh crore MSME credit gap.

Free to the MSME. We earn a referral fee from the bank or NBFC. ₹0 to the MSME

Indian MSMEs don't need another tool, they need a stack. Zoffer is built as three connected products: accounting today, intelligence next, credit to close the loop. Each vertical creates the data the next one needs.

Why now

Infrastructure is favourable. Businesses are digitising. Technology allows.

  • Account AggregatorAA-routed lending crossed ₹1.67 lakh crore in FY25.
  • OCENOne integration opens 20+ lenders.
  • RBI ULIGovernment rails to structure MSME data for credit.
  • GST digitisation1.51 crore GST-registered businesses, all required to keep books.
  • MSME digitisationNearly half of India's 63M MSMEs now bill digitally.
  • AI cost collapsePer-bill AI extraction costs dropped 10× in two years.

"Two years ago, this ecosystem wasn't buildable on a seed budget. Two years from now, the window will be crowded. The moment is now."

Why us

Founder's vision, experience, and relation to the problem.

₹1.5 CriDEX grant, indigenous defence tech
₹2.2 Crdefence order, executed end-to-end
5+ yrsfounding & scaling startups

Before Zoffer, Chirag Goyal founded and scaled a defence technology startup — a ₹1.5 crore iDEX grant for the indigenous development of multi-spectral identification tags, readable across the NIR, SWIR and MWIR bands; a ₹2.2 crore order executed end-to-end for India's Para units, the country's most elite army force; and the largest defence channel partnership for ideaForge, India's largest defence drone company. He has spent 5+ years founding and running his own businesses — and the accounting bottleneck at the centre of Zoffer is one he hit personally. Zoffer exists because he needed it himself.

The mission: give every Indian MSME the power of an AI CFO in their pocket.

The team

  • Chirag Goyal Founder

Built and scaled a defence technology startup before Zoffer. Has run his own businesses for 5+ years — and lived the accounting problem Zoffer solves.

  • Aditya Raj Shrivastava Tech Lead

Leads engineering. Around five years building and shipping production software.

  • Advisor Chartered Accountant

A practising CA who manages the books of 50+ Indian MSMEs. Advises on product and opens the CA channel.

Where this goes

Capabilities ahead.

The roadmap we're building toward — not what ships today.

  • Reach every set of books — Tally support is next, followed by QuickBooks. Tally pre-register
  • From recording to advising — RAG over GST and ITR, agentic workflows, live MIS, cash-flow forecasting and filing deadlines.
  • Speak how India speaks — Hindi and regional-language support, plus voice notes, so forwarding a bill needs no English at all.
  • Rails to credit — Account Aggregator, OCEN and RBI's ULI: the infrastructure to turn clean books into working capital.
  • The CA channel — a multi-firm dashboard, one login across every client's books, on the roadmap for accounting firms.

Let's talk.
